We can promise you with the High Quality of Precured Tread Rubber, Conventional Tread Rubber and Bonding Gum/Cushion Gum.
Pre-cured Tread Rubber
Precured tread rubber is a type of rubber material used in the retreading process of tyres. In the retreading process, the old tread of a worn tyre is removed, and a new tread is applied to extend the tyre's life. Precured tread rubber is one form of tread material used in this process.
Pre-cured Tread Rubber (PTR) is a vulcanized rubber belt moulded in a particular design pattern with a specified width, thickness & weight, suitable to perform on a given road application such as long-haul, short-haul, hilly terrains, and mines.
Conventional Tread Rubber
Conventional tread rubber refers to the traditional method of applying a new tread pattern onto a tyre during the retreading process. Unlike pre-cured tread rubber, which comes in pre-manufactured strips or sheets, conventional tread rubber is applied in its uncured form directly onto the prepared surface of the tyre casing.
It finds application in different vehicles such as HCVs, tractors, and LCVs. Different sizes of tyres require varying sizes of tread rubber, and thus, conventional tread rubber is available in various specifications.

Bonding Gum/Cushion Gum
Tyre cushion gum, also known simply as cushion gum, is a crucial component in the process of tire retreading. It is a rubber compound that serves as an intermediate layer between the tyre casing and the new tread rubber during the retreading process. The primary purpose of cushion gum is to provide adhesion and bonding between the tyre casing and the new tread rubber, ensuring a strong and durable bond.
